Returns made easy!
We know that returning items can sometimes be a hassle, but don't worry - we've made the process as easy and stress-free as possible!
It's that easy:
- original packaging: Please return your items in their original packaging to ensure everything arrives safely.
- 14 days: The goods must reach us within 14 days.
- Faulty items? If there is a problem with your item, simply contact our customer service. We will be happy to help you!
Important to note:
- To ensure that everything goes smoothly: Make sure not to remove stickers and labels and keep the clothing clean. Worn or soiled items as well as

Your return process:

- Cost: The return costs only 8.99€ (within Germany), which will be deducted from the refund.

Refund made easy:
As soon as we receive your return, we will process it within 5-7 working days. After that, it will only take 4-6 working days for the refund to reach you!
Return costs vary by country and will be deducted directly from your refund.
Important: Returns without registration will not be accepted
Unfortunately, if you send a return without registering it beforehand and without using the official return label, problems can arise. Here's what could happen:
- No acceptance: Returns made without prior notification and without the official return label will not be accepted by us.
- No refund: Since the return is not recorded in our system, we cannot assign or process it, which means that no refund will be issued.
- delays: If the package still arrives with us, it cannot be processed due to the missing registration.
To ensure that your return is processed correctly and quickly, please always report it in advance via our online portal and use the return label provided. This will help us process everything smoothly and get your refund to you as quickly as possible.
Important: Use the official return label
To ensure that your return is processed smoothly and quickly, it is essential that you use our official return label. If you use your own return label, the following problems may occur:

No assignment: Without the official label, it may be difficult for our warehouse team to assign your return to your customer account. This means that we cannot process the return.

No refund: Returns made without our official return label will be not acceptedIn such cases we cannot issue a refund.

Liability for Loss: If you use your own label and the shipment gets lost on the way to us, you as the customer assume full liabilityIn this case, no refund can be made.
What happens if shipments cannot be delivered?
If a shipment is returned to us due to an address error or non-collection, we will be happy to resend it to you. Please note that additional shipping costs will have to be paid. Alternatively, you can cancel the order - we will then deduct a small processing fee of €10 from your refund.
